About Us
Qdsolutions, stands for Quality Development Solutions and was established by myself, Catherine West-McGrath, in March 2009.
I work with providers of learning and skills to deliver their best service to employers and learners and work with employers in their business dealings with the sector. As well as working with clients on a freelance basis I work in partnership with other organisations and associates to put together a tailored solution to meet client's requirements.
I have a degree in Law and Social Sciences and further qualifications in management, project management, marketing, journalism and teaching. My experience in the Learning and Skills sector has encompassed bid writing, project development and management, contract management, international student recruitment, Apprenticeship, Train to Gain, Learndirect and Skills for Life management, commercialising and marketing employers own training programmes and aligning suppliers strategies to specific industrial sectors.
