Good customer service relies on each part of an organisation focusing on the customer experience and continually seeking to improve.

Qdsolutions offers a short training programme to support those who wish to improve the customer experience. This can be delivered as a classroom or one to one session and uses a variety of learning methods plus the opportunity for delegates to practice skills in a safe and confidential environment. This can also be followed with support and advice to embed the skills in day to day practice.

Following the training delegates will be able to:

  • Identify methods of gathering customer feedback: the advantages, disadvantages and uses.
  • Handle complaints and suggest alternative solutions to customers
  • Identify areas where they can improve the customer experience
