Catherine has designed and is delivering a training programme 'Successful Delivery of Key Skills in Work Based Learning' which is helping clients in their transition from Train to Gain to Apprenticeships.

Since March 2009 some of the services I have delivered to clients have included:
- Advising an employer on contracting for funded learning and skills provision
- Delivering training on Key Skills in Work Based Learning for a provider making the transition from Train to Gain to Apprenticeships
- Assisting a training organisation to tender for Skills Funding Agency contracts
- Interim management position as Head of Employer and Adult Responsive Provision at an FE College
- Producing market research and feasibility study to inform a provider's strategic plan
- Promoting on-line learning programmes to the pharmaceutical and life science sectors in the North West for a Consultancy
- Carrying out internal audits of funded provision for an FE College
- Developing systems for an FE College to manage subcontractors of Train to Gain and Apprenticeships
- Brokering funding solutions between providers and trainers for companies requiring NVQs
- Sourcing specialist trainers and assessors for an FE College to deliver training to an employer
- Delivering induction sessions for Train to Gain funded learners
- Delivering training for advisors on carrying out effective training needs analyses with employers
- Carrying out an assessment of skills requirements for managers to access the North West Business Link Leadership and Management Grant
- Recruiting managers for ESF funded Level 4 NVQs in Management and Learning and Development
