Key Skills in Work Based Learning
My own experience of how Key Skills can impact on Apprenticeship Framework success has resulted in the development of a programme where attendees work towards a success plan for Key Skills relevant to their own apprentices and employers. Good practice examples and guidance documents from external sources such as Awarding Bodies and OFSTED are referred to during the day.
Following the training delegates will be able to:

- Identify and evaluate different models of Key Skills delivery
- Identify and evaluate different models of Key Skills portfolio assessment
- Understand which key skills are required for specific Frameworks
- Understand how to develop a Key Skills Plan for the learner

- Identify success criteria you wish to achieve
- Identify bridges to success
- Input into a plan which your organisation to achieve success
